Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. All IHanherry sofas are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including:

Structural frame defects
Hardware and connection issues

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper assembly
Pet damage, stains, spills, or accidents
Fading, discoloration, or fabric pilling from regular use
Modifications or unauthorized repairs
How to Make a Claim

If you experience an issue covered under warranty, please contact us at info@ihanherry.com with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Resolution

If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

Send replacement parts
Repair the item
Or provide a partial/full replacement
Additional Notes
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser
Proof of purchase is required
Shipping fees may apply depending on the situation
