The customer service and speed of shipping is impressive. I ordered on Sunday and received it on Thursday. It is really easy to assemble, I did it by myself, it took around 2 hours. The color is not the vibrant orange that is pictured on the website it is a very subtle soft rusty orange, the fabric is lovely. The quality for the price is great, I was surprised to see sinuous springs in the frame and coils in the seat cushions. The only negative is that the corner cushion was vacuum sealed so that it was stuck inside the frame and the cushion didn’t regain its shape properly, I steamed the fabric so it’s not so obvious and maybe with a little more use and time it will puff up. When I was putting it together I thought I had measured wrong and it wasn’t going to fit but it is exactly the measurements that are listed and fits perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase, it is very comfortable and looks great.
Very easy to assemble. Love the coziness of it. May even order more pieces to make it bigger. Only thing I don’t love is the back isn’t very high, but I will live with it.

The couch is beautiful (5 seat 2 ottoman) really bought it on a whim with no research so I was a little nervous about the quality and comfort. It came in 4 massive boxes, all of which had different assembly instructions. That made no sense to me and it was hard to follow. That’s my biggest complaint. It’s really comfy. The back cushions are definitely not as full as the bottom cushions but I figure some throws will help that. Hopeful it keeps its shape and quality lasts!
2 couch cushions are misshapen and 1 of the ottomans are not fully deflated and are lumpy and I really haven't had them long or not even sat on much.
Cushions are great but I do fear that the backs will not hold up long. If I had known they were not made of a very reliable back I probably would not have purchased. We shall see how it holds up with 10 grandchildren.

I forgot to order the corner piece, so that is on its way. The couch is very comfortable. I did add a few more pillows as the pillows are not too full. I also added the pillows on the sides for more comfort. The couch took some time to assemble but I do love the way it looks in my space.
Product arrived quickly, was easy to set up, and it looks great! The pillows are a little small but that is my only major complaint at this moment.

Its ok but do better with the back
Even though the current corner piece doesn't match the couch I had previously purchased (different manufacturer now) it truly works perfectly for me. I didn't care to attach the pieces, so it wasn't a huge deal. (please ignore the different colors.. I was washing my couches blankets!).
Nice couch but the pillows and side cushions are not very fluffy.
The loveseat sits way too low to the ground. The cushions for the back are flat and the arms are way too thin and super uncomfortable. The cushions also do not fluff back up like they are supposed to.
The cushions for the back of the couch are completely flat. They have zero fluff The couch sits practically on the ground and the arms are way too thin and horribly uncomfortable. I am sick at my stomach that I bought this.
Couch is large and comfortable however the arm cushions and back cushions are very flat. Disappointed in the end result.

I bought three pieces from this company and had never bought anything from them before that. The shipment came perfectly. The build went perfectly and my family and I are enjoying all three pieces tremendously with no issues really love the special touches of the pullout bed feature and the storage feature in the sofa that I purchased and it’s so soft.
I just received my purchase today! Ordering was uncomplicated, the loveseat and ottoman were easy to put together and look beautiful! I’m letting them finish the expansion process before sitting on them but I’m very pleased. The shipping company provided contradictory status emails for delivery dates and times but that isn’t on ihanherry and I still received within the timeframe ihanherry stated. I’m only withholding that fifth star until I can actually try it out with a nap.
Not bad for the price! Only down side is the back cushions do not stay in place. But so far it seems comfy.
